Inspire Creative Co. provides commercial photography and video services. They came to us with a self-built website and wanted help updating it to show their services and portfolio in a clear, easy-to-understand format. They felt like the site had too many photos and the copy needed to be clearer. They needed help integrating their CRM (Customer Relations Management) into their website to minimize onboarding steps. They also needed help updating the SEO of their website.
Website Audit and Redesign
First, we scheduled a site audit, where we looked over the entire website, and provided video and written feedback. This included tips on updating copy, site mapping, organization of portfolio material, CRM integration, and SEO suggestions. The client then scheduled a site redesign to have us complete the suggested updates.

Behind the scenes
We worked with the client to get updated copy and nail down the best material to showcase their work. Then we created a few different mockups of the homepage and service pages including custom code to achieve the design and functionality that Inspire Creative Co. was looking for. Once we completed the layout, we integrated their onboarding form from Hello Bonsai into the contact page and worked on updating the backend of their site for the best SEO.
In their customized lesson, we provided them with SEO keywords they could continue using in future portfolio uploads and walked them through making site edits.
Follow up
Within six months, Inspire Creative Co. ranked number 1 on Google for “Real Estate Media Specialist in Poulsbo, Wa” and began seeing an increase in their client phone calls and service inquiries.
